x+y=2x+1
=x-2x+y=1
=-x+y=1                          ⇒    equation 1

x+3/y+3 =2/3
3(x+3)=2(y+3)
3x+9=2y+6
3x-2y=6-9
3x-2y=-3                             ⇒    equation 2

equation 1 × 3 ⇒-3x+3y=3
equation 2 × 1 ⇒3x-2y=-3
                          ⇒y=3-3=0    ⇒y=0

-x+y=1
-x+0=1
-x=1
x=-1 ⇒ -1/0 is the required fraction,

checking,....

   x+y=2x+1
 -1+0=-2+1
      -1=-1
L.H.S=R.H.S    and

x+3/y+3=2/3
-1+3/0+3=2/3
2/3=2/3
L.H.S=R.H.S
