Let the numerator be x.

Let the denominator be y.

ATQ:-

x + y = 11

y = 11 - x

ATQ:-

 \frac{x + 2}{y + 2}  =  \frac{2}{3}

 \frac{x + 2}{11 - x + 2}  =  \frac{2}{3}

3 (x + 2) = 2 (13 - x)

3x + 6 = 26 - 2x

x = 20

y = 11 - 20 = -9
