Answer:

The angles of triangle are 90°, 40° and 50°

Step-by-step explanation:

Given that one angle of a triangle is equal to the sum of other two. if the ratio of the other two angles is 4:5

we have to find the angles of the triangle.

Let the angles of triangle be x, y and z

As one angle of a triangle is equal to the sum of other two

x=y+z

also the ratio of the other two angles is 4:5

y:z=4:5

Let y be 4a and z be 5a

∴ x=4a+5a=9a

By angle sum property of triangle

x+y+z=180°

⇒ 9a+4a+5a=180°

⇒ 18a=180° ⇒ a=10

Hence, angles are

x=9a=9(10)=90°

y=4a=4(10)=40°

z=5a=5(10)=50°
