Solution - The place value of a number is the value of that number owing to its position.

In the given number, 5 is present at three places which are ones, hundreds and lakhs place.

0 is present at ten thousand places.

3 is present at two places which are tens and thousands places.

So, the place value of the first three present on the right side is = 3*10

Place value of the first three present on the right side is = 30

And, place value of the second three present on right side is = 3*1000

Place value of second three present on the right side is = 3000

Now, the sum of place values will be = 3000 + 30

Sum of place values = 3030.
