Heya mate,
Here is your answer,
Let 10yrs. ago,
Son's age = x
then according to the question,
son's age × father's age = 1100
→ x × father's age = 1100
→ father's age = 1100/x
So, present age,
of son = x + 10 yrs.
of father = 1100/x + 10
according to the question,
1100/x + 10 + x = 92
→ 1100/x + x = 92 - 10
→ 1100/x +x = 82
→ 1100 + x = 82 × x
→ 1100 = 82x - x
→ 1100 = 81x
→ 81x = 1100
→ x = 1100/81
= 13.58 yrs.
Hence, Son's present age = 13.58 yrs. and
father's present age = 1100/13.58 = 81 yrs.
I had tried to solve it in the simplest form.
Hope this helps

Here is your answer,
Let 10yrs. ago,
Son's age = x
then according to the question,
son's age × father's age = 1100

So, present age,

of father = 1100/x + 10
according to the question,
1100/x + 10 + x = 92

→ x = 1100/81

Hence, Son's present age = 13.58 yrs. and
father's present age = 1100/13.58 = 81 yrs.
