Answer:20 years.

Step-by-step explanation:

Let the present age of father be x and that of son be y

So, x+y=60---------------1

Six years ago..

X-6=5(y-6)-----------------2

In equation 1 ...x=60-y

Putting this value in equation 2,we get

60-y-6=5y-30

54-y=5y-30

54+30=5y+y

84=6y

Y=84/6=14

So the age of son 6 years from now will be = (14+6)=20 years......

.......hope it will help uh...

Answer:

Let the sons present Age be x years and father's present age will be (60 - x) years.

According to Question :

➳ (60 - x) - 6 = 5(x - 6)

➳ 54 - x = 5x - 30

➳ 6x = 84

➳ x = 84/6

➳ x = 14 years

Therefore,the age of his son after 6 years will be (x + 6) years = 20 years.
