2^3 +(k+8)*2 + k = 8+16+3k = 24 + 3k
x = 1
1 + (k+8) + k = 9 + 2k
Hence remainders are: 24+3k , 9+2k
Given: 24+3k+9+2k = 0
33+5k = 0
33 = -5k
k = -33/5 or -6.6
