(2n+1)^2+(2n+3)^2=290
4n^2+4n+1+4n^2+12n+9=290
8n^2+16n+10=290
8n^2+16n-280=0
n^2+2n-35=0
(n+7)(n-5)=0
n=-7 which is not possible because no can't be negative
n=5
2n+1=2*5+1=11
2n+3=13
11^2+13^2=121+169=290

According to the given condition,we get,
x^2+4x-140=0
Solve it u will get two numbers -14 or 10
So , in que it is told that two consecutive odd natural numbers .
Therefore , the numbers are
