Given :

• Sum of the 3 consecutive multiples of 9 is 1053.

To find :

• Find the multiples of 9.

Solution :

• Let the three consecutive numbers be 9.

( x + 1, x + 1, x + 1, )

According to the question :

9(x + 1 + x + 1 + x + 1) = 1053 \\ 3x + 3 = \frac{1053}{9} \\ 3x + 3 = 117 \\ 3x = 114 \\ x = \frac{114}{3} \\ x = 38

• So, the three consecutive numbers are,

⇉ 38 + 1 = 39

⇉ 39 + 1 = 40

⇉ 40 + 1 = 41

Hence the numbers are ➠ 39, 40, 41.
