let the angles be 2x and 3x

2x+3x=145

5x=145

x=145/5

x=29

2x=2*29=58degree

3x=3*29=87degree

sum of all angles in a quadrilateral is 360

two sides is 145

remaining angle is 215

as we know that that ratio/sum of ratio * remaining angle = answer (in this question)

2/5*215=86

3/5*215=129
