As we know, sum of angles of quadrilateral is 360 degrees.
2x + 3x + 145 = 360
5x = 360 - 145
5x = 215
x = 43
2x = 86
3x = 129

Now solution is,
2x+3x+145 = 360
5x = 360 -145
5x = 215
x = 215/5

so that the angle is
2x = 2×43 =86°
3x = 3×43 = 129°
