$\rm Let\ the \ tens \ digit \ be\ x \ and \ ones \ digit \ be \ y .\\\\ Original \ number = 10x + y\\\\ Reversed \ number = 10y + x$

$\rm According \ to \ the \ first \ condition :\\\\\longrightarrow x+y=5\ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ ..................(1)\\\\ \rm According\ to \ the \ second \ condition \ : \\\\\rm\longrightarrow 10x+y-9=10y+x\\\\\rm\longrightarrow 10x-x+y-10y=9\\\\\rm\longrightarrow 9x-9y=9\\\\\rm\longrightarrow x-y=1 \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ ..............(2)$

$\rm Add \ Eq(1) \ and \ Eq(2) \ \\\\\rm\longrightarrow 2x=6\\\\\rm\longrightarrow\bf x=3$

$\rm Substituting \ the \ value \ of \ x \ in \ Eq(1) \\\\3+y=5\\\\\rm\longrightarrow\bf y=2$

Number = 32
