one number is = (-5)

Let other number be (X)

A.T.Q.

( - 5) + x =  \frac{ - 4}{3}

x =  \frac{ - 4}{3}  + 5

x =  \frac{( - 4) + 15}{3}

x =  \frac{11}{3}
