Let the two zeros be x,y

3+y=0
y=-3
Then,
xy=3(-3)
=-9
The polynomial will be
x^2-(sum of zeros)x+product of zeros
x^2-9

A=3
3+B=0
B= -3
So second zero of polynomial is -3
