The sum of three consective multiples of 4 is 60 then. find them

16 20 24. These are 3 consecutive multiples of 4 with sum is equals to 60.

Answer 2

Let Three consecutive multiples of 4 be : x,x+4,x+8. (I)

Sum of these three multiples = 60(ii)

From (I) and (ii) ,
x+x+4+x+8 = 60
3x+12 = 60
3x = 48
x = 16

Therefore , the three multiples are 16, 20(16+4) , 24(16+8)
