Let the numbers = x, x+1, x+2

Sum = x+x+1+x+2 = 3x+3

Sum is 5 more than the smallest number

3x+3 = x+5

3x = x+2

3x - x = 2

2x = 2

x = 2/2

x = 1

Numbers = 1,2,3

Hope this will help....
