let the 1st no. be 4x then the second no. is equal to 4x+4 and the third is equal to 4x+8
sum of 4x+(4x+4)+(4x+8)=444
12x +12 =444
on solving x=36
Therefore the no.s are 144,148,152

4x+4x+4x+2+8 = 444 
12x+12             = 444
12(x+1)             = 444
x+1                   =  37
x                       =  36
4x                     =   144
4x+4                 =   148
4x+8                 =   152
