The three consecutive natural numbers are "16, 17 and 18".

Step-by-step explanation:

Let the three consecutive natural numbers = x, x + 1 and x + 2

To find, the three numbers = ?

According to question,

x + (x + 1) + (x + 2) = 51

⇒ 3x + 3 = 51

⇒ 3x = 51 - 3 = 48

⇒ x = \dfrac{48}{3} =16

∴ x + 1 = 16 + 1 = 17 and

x + 2 = 16 + 2 = 18

Hence, the three consecutive natural numbers are 16, 17 and 18.
