Let the three consecutive number be x, x +1 and x + 2.

Sum of these three consecutive number is 45.

x + x + 1 + x + 2 = 45

3x + 3 = 45

3x = 42

X = 42/3

x = 14

X + 1 = 14+1 = 15

X + 2 = 14 + 2 = 16

So, the three consecutive number are 14, 15 and 16.

Answer:

let numbers be

n+ (n+1)+(n+2)

according to question

n +(n+1)+(n+2) = 45

3n + 3 = 45

3(n+1) =45

(n+1) = 45/3

n+1 = 15

n = 14

so numbers will be

n = 14

n+1 = 15

n +2 = 16
