Let the three consecutive numbers divisible by 3 be
x , x + 3 and x + 6 ( because they are multiple of 3 )
x + x + 3 + x + 6 = 72
3x + 9 = 72
3x = 72 - 9
3x = 63
x = 63/3
x = 21
Three numbers = 21 , 21 + 3 , 21 + 6
= 21 , 24 , 27
Verification -
21 + 24 + 27 = 72
Largest among them = 27
