therefore, x+x+1+x+2=72

3x+3=72

3x=69

x=23

therefore the 3 nos. are 23,24 and 25.

x+1+x+2+x = 72

3x+ 3=72

3x=72-3

3x = 69

x = 23

∴ the three consecutive is 23 , x+1 = 23+1= 24, x+2= 23+2=25
