Hey Mate

your answer is ----

Let, the three consecutive number be
x , x+2 & x+4

therefore , by the given condition

x+x+2+x+4= 48

=> 3x+6 = 48

=> 3(x+2) = 48

=> x+2 = 16

=> x = 16 - 3

=> x = 14

so, the three consecutive number is 14,16,18

hence , greatest number is 18
