twice the third number when added to first number gives 7

2z + x = 7 Eq2

on addition of sum of second and third number to thrice of first number we get 12

y + z + 3x = 12 Eq3

Eq3 - Eq1

=> 2x = 6

=> x = 3

Putting in eq 2

=> 2z + 3 = 7

=> 2z = 4

=> z = 2

3 + y + 2 = 6

=> y = 1
