let the 3 numbers be a, b, c .. So there sum is 102 .... therefore a+b+c= 102 therefore if ratio of first and second is 2:3 then a/b=2/3 so , a=2b/3 similarly c= 3b/5 So on adding a+b+c=102 or .... 2b/3+b+3b/5=102 So b will be= 45 and a= 30 and c= 27.........

The second number is 45

Step-by-step explanation:

Let the first , second and third number be x , y and z

The ratio between first and second be 2:3

So,\frac{x}{y}=\frac{2}{3}\\x=\frac{2}{3}y

The ratio between second and third be 5:3

So,\frac{y}{z}=\frac{5}{3}\\z=\frac{3}{5}y

The sum of three numbers is 102.

So, \frac{2}{3}y+y+\frac{3}{5}y=102

\frac{34}{15}y=102

y=102 \times \frac{15}{34}

y=45

Hence  the second number is 45
