3a = 12

a = 4

Now ,

(a-d)(a+d) = a+8

(a2 - d2) = a + 8

16-d2 = 12

d = +-2

if d = 2 then ,

terms = 2,4,6

if d = -2 then ,

terms = 6,4,2
