Given that

The sum of two angles of quadrilateral =160..

The value of two ratio=2+3=5

The first Angle=2/5×160=64
The second Angle=3/5×160=96..

Here is your answer

Let the other two angles are 2x and 3x

Sum of all the angles of a quadrilateral is 360

And Sum of two angles are 160

so
2x + 3x + 160 = 360 \\ 5x = 360 - 160 \\ x = 200 \div 5 \\ x = 40
so other angle are 2 X 30 =60
and 3 x 30 = 90
