Let x and y be the angles of given triangle then. x+y=116 and x-y=24 by elimination method 2x=140 then x= 70° and y= 46° the third angle is 180-70-46=64°

Step-by-step explanation:

Let a angle be x°

another angle = (x+24)° (as given difference of two numbers is 24°.

According to question

x+x+24 = 116

=> 2x+24 = 116

=> 2x = 116 - 24

=> 2x = 92

=> x = 92/2

and x = 46

So, one angle of the triangle = 46°.

other angle = 46+24

= 70°.

and third angle of the triangle = 180 - 116

= 64°.
