2a =66

So, other number is x+3

Now we are given that tha sum of two consecutive multiples of 3 is 69

$x + x + 3 = 69$

$2x + 3 = 69$

$2x = 66$

$x = \frac{66}{2}$

$x = 33$

So, other number = x+3 =33+3 =36

Hence the number are 33 and 36
