HELLO DEAR FRIEND

Let one integer be x

so another be x + 1

ATQ,

x + x + 1 = - 149

2x + 1 = -149

2x = -149 - 1

2x = -150

 \large{x =   \boxed{ \frac{ \large{ - 150}}{  \:  \:  \:  \:  \: \large{ 2}} }}

 \large{ \boxed{ - 75} }

so, another integer = x + 1

= -75 + 1

= -74

So, the required integers are

 \huge  \fbox \red{   \boxed{ \blue{ - 75,-74}}}

HOPE IT HELPS

Howdy Buddy !!☺

Let one number= x

therefore, other = x +1

Now,

x + x +1 = -149

2x +1 = -149

2x = -149 -1

2x = -150

\fbox{x = -75}

Now,

First integer = x = -75

Second Integer = x +1 = -75 +1 = -74
