The numbers are 60 and 65

Here We Go⤵

Let the two consecutive multiples of 5 be 5x and 5 (x+1)=125.

= 5x + 5x+ 5=125

=10x=120

x= \frac{120}{10}

x=12

.°. The numbers are:

  • 5x=5×12=60
  • 5 (x+1)=5 (12+1)=65
