Hello dear

Let the required no. be x, x + 3, x + 6 which makes the no. 81

So, we have

x + x+3+x+6 = 81

3x + 9 = 81

3x = 72

Therefore, x = 24

Hence, the no. are ,27 and 33.

Hope this helps u dear.... thanks for asking

Step-by-step explanation:

Two consecutive numbers are those whose difference is 1 i.e. X,X+1

since they should be multiple of 3 so

so according to the question,

3x+3(x+1)=81

=> 3(X+X+1)=81

=> 3(2x+1)=81

=> (2x+1)=81/3

=> 2x+1=27

=> 2x=27-1

=> 2x=26

=> x=26/2=13.

so 1st multiple of 3=3x=3×13=39.

and second multiple of 3=3(x+1)=3(13+1)=3×14=42.
