Let the two consecutive no. be

x,x+1

so it is given that-

x + x + 1 = \frac{1}{5} | x - (x + 1)| \\ (2x + 1)5 = | - 1| \\ 10x + 5 = 1 \\ 10x = - 4 \\ x = - 0.4 \\ x + 1 = 0.6
so least no. is -0.4
