Given :-

Sum of two odd consecutive numbers = 48

To Find :-

The first odd number.

The second odd number.

Analysis :-

Consider the two odd consecutive numbers as variables.

Create an equation to get the value of the variable.

Substitute the value in the numbers.

Solution :-

Let the two numbers be 'x' and 'x + 2' respectively.

Creating an equation,

\sf x +( x+2) = 48

\sf 2x+2 = 48

\sf 2x = 48-2

\sf 2 x= 46

\sf x=\dfrac{46}{2}

\sf x=23

Therefore, the value of x is 23.

\sf x + 2=23+2

\sf =25

Therefore, the integers are 23 and 25 respectively.
