  • As per the data given in the question, we have to determine the Consecutive odd numbers.

Given data:- The sum of two consecutive odd numbers is 56.

        To find:-Consecutive odd numbers.

        Solution:-

Let the first and second consecutive odd numbers are x and x+2   respectively.

Then, according to the given condition,

        \Rightarrow x+x+2=56\\\Rightarrow 2x+2=56\\\Rightarrow 2x=56-2\\\Rightarrow 2x=54\\\Rightarrow x=27.

So, the second number will be

          \Rightarrow x+2\\=27+2\\=29.

Hence, the numbers are 27 and 29 respectively.
