x + x + 2 = 58 \\ 2x = 58 - 2 \\ x = \frac{56}{2 } \\ x = 28 \\
So the two numbers are 28 and (x+2) = 30.

here is the answer...
Let the positive even integers be X and X+2
:.A.T.P.
X+X+2=58
=>2x=58-2
=>X=56/2
=>x=28
Therefore the the positive even integers are 28 and (28+2)=30
