Let the digits be x and y.

then, 10x + y + 10y + x = 165

and x - y = 3

Thus, we have 11x + 11y = 165 and x - y = 3.

Since 165 is divisible by 11, we get

x + y = 15
x - y = 3

Adding these two equations, we get

2x = 18

or x = 9

and y = 9 - 3 = 6.

Thus, the number is 96 and the reversed number is 69.
