let one digit be x and other digit be y

real number is 10x+y

number obtained on reversing the digits=10y+x

10x+y+10y+x=99

          11x+11y=99

               x+y=99/11

                   x  =9-y

x-y=3

9-y-y=3

     -2y=3-9

         y=-6/-2

           =3

x-y=3

 x=3+3=6

x=6   y=3

hope this helps u pal.
