according to question x+y=9-----1

xy-27=yx-----2

By equation 1 we get

x=9-y

put the vaue of x in equation 2

we get,

(9-y)y-27=y (9-y)

on sloving a quadratic equation we get the value of y similarly on putting the value of y in equation 1 we get the value of x
