According to the conditions,

y=2x

2x-y=0..(1)

10x + y + 10y + x=99

11x + 11y=99

11(x + y)=99

x + y=99/11

Solving (1) and (2),we get

2x-y=0

x+y=9

3x=9

x=9/3

x=3

Putting x=3 in (1)

2x-y=0

2(3)-y=0

6-y=0

y=6

∴The two digit number=10y + x=10(6) + 3=63

∴The number is 63
