Hey!

______________________________________________________________

Let the ones digit = x

Let the tens digit = y

Now

Sum of the digit

=> x + y = 12 (Equation 1)

Now

Number = 10y + x

Reserving digit = 10x + y

_______________________________

Put in a equation

10x + y = 10y + x + 18

=> 10x - x - 10y + y = 18

=> 9x - 9y = 18

=> 9(x - y) = 18

=> x - y = 18 ÷ 9

=> x - y = 2 (Equation 2)

_______________________________

Adding equation 1 and 2

2x = 12 + 2

2x = 14

x = 14 ÷ 2

x = 7

_______________________________

Now put the value of x in equation 1

(7) + y = 12

=> y = 12 - 7

=> y = 5

_______________________________

Put the value of

x = 5

y = 7

So the number is 57

Hey! ! !

Solution :-

Let x be the one's digit and y be the ten's digit therefore number=10y+x

According to question,

X+Y=12….(1)

10y+x+18=10x+y

9y -9x=-18

Y-X=-2……(2)

(1)+(2)

2y=10

y=5

X=7

Therefore the number=57
