Answer

3x² + 2xy - 2y² - 2x

Step by step explanation

The sum of two expressions

=3x² + 2xy + y²

One of  them is 2x + 3y2

∴ The other one will be (3x² + 2xy + y²) - (2x + 3y²)

=3x² + 2xy + y² - 2x - 3y²

=3x² + 2xy - 2x - 2y²

=3x² + 2xy - 2y² - 2x
