Let the no. be x and y

Then, A/Q

x+y=-11

xy=-80

If x+y=-11

Then, y=-11-x

Then A/Q xy= -80

x(-11-x)= -80

-11x-x^2= -80

-11x-x^2+80=0

-x^2-11x+80=0

-x^2-16x+5x+80=0 [x^2+(a+b)x+ab=(x+a)(x+b)]

-x(x+16)+5(x+16)=0

(-x+5)(x+16)=0

Therefore x=5 and y=16

OR

x=16 and y=5
