Solution :-

Let two numbers be x and y.

Sum of x and y = 20

X + Y = 20 ....... (1)

Difference of X and Y

= 4

X - Y = 4 ______(2)

Add equation (1) & equation (2)

2X = 24

X = 12

Put X = 12 in equation (1)

Y = 8

First number is 12 and second number is 8
