Let two numbers be x and y
Hence Sum is 29

x + y = 29

Difference in their squares is 145
 {x}^{2} - {y }^{2} = 145
 \\ \\ (x + y)(x - y) = 145
29(x - y) = 145 \\ x - y = \frac{145}{29} \\ \\ \\ x - y = 5

Hence difference in numbers is 5
