The sum of two number is 28/25 of the first number.The second number is what percent of the first number.

(X+Y) =28/5 X

5(X+Y)=28X

5X+5Y=28X

5Y=23X

Y/X =23/5

Value of X=5,Y=23

23/5 *100=460%
