» Let's..

●The two numbers are X and Y

» and [X > Y]

____________

» Now

●According to the question :-

=> X + Y = 43

=> X = 43 - Y _________[Eq(1)]

______________

●Again Question says :-

=> 2X - 3Y = 36 ______[GIVEN]

» From Eq(1)

=> 2(43 - y) - 3y = 36

=> 86 - 2Y - 3Y = 36

=> -5Y = - 50

=> Y = 10
_________

●Plug The value of "Y" in eq(1) . We get :-

=> X = 43 - 10 = 33
