➡ The smaller number is 20.

Let the larger number be x & smaller number be y.

According to the question,

➡ The larger number is 2times smaller by 10 =

▶x = 2y-10 ....(1)

➡ The sum of two number is 50

= x + y =50

From 1.

▶ 2y-10 +y = 50

▶ 3y = 60

y = 20

Putting in 1.

▶ x = 2y -10

▶ x = 2× 20 -10

▶ x = 40 - 10

x =30

So, the larger number is 30 & smaller is 20.

Verification :-

x + y = 50

➡ 30+20 = 50

50 = 50
