Hello friend,

\huge\underbrace\mathcal\pink{here \: is \: your \: answer}

Let, the two numbers be x and y.

According to the question,

x + y = 55 ----------------(i) and

x - y = 11 ------------------(ii)

Adding equation (i) and (ii)

(x + y) + (x - y) = 55 + 11

2x = 66

x = 33 ans.

Putting the value of x in eqn (i)

x + y = 55

33 + y = 55

y = 55 - 33

y = 22 ans.

Hence, the required numbers are 33 and 22.

Hope this helps ✌✌✌

let two no. be x and y.

according to question,

==>x +y= 55     -----------------1

==>x-y=11        -------------------2

using substituion method,

==> x=11+y

 substitute the value of x in eq. 1 , we get

===> 11 + y + y = 55

 ===> 11 + 2y =55

  ===>  2y = 44

    ===> y= 22

substitue the value of y in eq. 2 , we get

 ====>x + 22 =55

      ===> x= 55-22

        ===>x=33

Therefore, values of x and y is 22 and 33 respectively.

hope this will help u..............
