Let two numbers be x and y

x>y

x+y=95.....(1)

x=y+15(as x is greater and one number exceeds the other by 15)

Putting value of x in 1

y+15+y=95

2y=80

y=40

Now

x=y+15

x=40+15

x=55

Hence the two numbers are 55 and 40
