.

Let the first number be x.

So, the second number=100-x

↪ According to the given condition,

➡x(100-x)=900

➡100x-x²=900

➡x²-100x+900=0

➡x²-10x-90x+900=0

➡x(x-10)-90(x-10)=0

➡(x-10)(x-90)=0

Hence, the two numbers are

↪90

↪10
